It is hereby ordered that the following-described lands in Nevada be, and they are hereby, reserved from entry, sale, or other disposal, and set aside for the use of two certain bands of homeless Shoshone Indians now residing near the towns of Winnemucca and Battle Mountain, Nevada:
For the Winnemucca Band, the NE. ¼ of section 32, township 36 N., range 38 east, M. D. M.;
For the Battle Mountain Band, the NW. ¼ and the NW. ¼ of the NE. ¼ of section 18, township 32 N., range 45 E.; the W. ½ and the NE. ¼ of section 12, township 32 N., range 44 E., M. D. M. Nevada: Provided, That this withdrawal shall not affect any existing legal right of any person to any of the lands herein described.
